the donation to United Way DID !
As Christine Radford, Director, Resource Development at United Way Leeds and Grenville put it:

We are particularly overwhelmed that you continued to make your generous donation these past two years when Automotion had to be postponed as a result of COVID restrictions.

T.I.S.M.A. Tuesday night Cruise-Ins
were very popular this year.
As a result, $1,400 will be going to the Food Bank.
Lucky attendees walked away, weekly, with door prizes, thanks to

which spilled over into the Season Windup
RETIREMENT HOME TOUR.
We reached out to the community to help us respond
to a request from an area retirement home
to see a few cars.
All we can say is WOW !!!
58 respondees sure did the trick !

7 Retirement Homes and 4 Group Homes later,
there were a whole lot of happy drivers.
Obviously, the seniors loved it too ?
They sent us this:
“We can not thank you enough for taking the time to do this car parade!
Our residents enjoyed this awesome opportunity and are very thankful
you guys took the time to come and to do the loop at the back to ensure
they could see from the balconies.
This was greatly appreciated by our residents, staff and families.
Thanks again, job well done!!”
and this:
“I wanted to reach out to you and your club members
with a huge THANK YOU! For your drive-by on Sunday.
Our residents and staff absolutely loved it!”
You know that the reference to "club members" means
everyone who showed up to participate that day.
Few people know how small our club really is.
That’s why area help is
so important to us and so appreciated.
