The OLDEST car displayed in the show happened to also win BEST ENGINE - Robert's 1923 T Bucket - the all-in-one answer !		The FASTEST car at the show was Dwight's 1976 Firebird, returning to reclaim his title, with 155 MPH & E.T. 8:83.

We asked for VARIETY to showcase the progression through history.

Trouble is, it never made it out of its trailer, which was parked next door. It was pre-registered and ready to go, but the weather could not be trusted to co-operate. You see, this vehicle comes with a roof, but no windows. With wind and rain threatening, the owner just could not take a chance.
BUT HE GAVE US A SNEAK PEAK...

This "Touring" Style, Model 750, 1916 Chevrolet, sold for $662 COD, with a $5 deposit. Ordered July 17 in Saginaw, Michigan. Delivered July 29, 1916. Remarks on the order: CAR IS TO BE PERFECT.

Hope he returns so ALL can see !

Normally, no one is allowed to touch any of the show vehicles, let alone sit in one. But Gary made an exception...

Who did he let sit in his car ?

Ken Kubiac, lead singer with  THE FABULOUS BELAIRS  , a great 50's and 60's Rock and Roll Band, chose AUTOMOTION 2012 for a photo shoot. What better place to catch a FABULOUS BELAIR in a FABULOUS BELAIR !

	There's nothing like a BIG WRENCH to attract attention at a Car Show ! What was all the fuss about ? The  3D Chalk Guy  , Guy Wales, needed it for the BIG BOLT stuck in the sidewalk. Did you trip over it ?
Sad to say, it rained as soon as everyone left, washing this piece of art into history forever. Like everything else, if you weren't at the show - YOU MISSED IT !
